There remains one available opening on our Short-Term Rental Advisory Committee (STRAC). The position is for a two-year term, beginning in 2021 and lasting through December 2022.
It has been brought to our attention that our STR Informational Bulletin dated December 10, 2020 contained a broken link to the STRAC Member Application and may have prevented interested individuals from applying. This was caused by a city-wide migration to a new website provider. Check out the new look and feel of our website at DenverGov.org.
To ensure that any individuals who are interested in serving on the STRAC have an opportunity to apply, the Department has extended the application deadline. Interested individuals may apply by submitting the application form to licenses@denvergov.org by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021.
Please feel free to share this information with individuals who may be interested in submitting an application to join our STRAC. The Department will notify the selected applicant by Friday, March 5, 2021.
For more information about the STRAC, please visit our STRAC website. If you have any short-term rental questions, please email us at licenses@denvergov.org.
