STAR has been in Denver for 6 months.  This is a review of the program and what it has accomplished in the last 6 months.

Executive Summary

On November 6, 2018, the Caring for Denver Foundation ballot initiative passed with 70% approval creating a fund to support initiatives combatting [sic] mental health and substance misuse in the City and County of Denver.
