Getting to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre from Denver is now easier with two new shuttle options that serve District 10 residents and visitors alike.
Councilmember Chris Hinds supports these new services, which launched over Memorial Day Weekend to improve access to one of Colorado’s most popular outdoor venues.
The first option, Westracks, is a free shuttle that connects riders from the W Line at Jefferson County Government Center/RTD Golden Station directly to Red Rocks. It also stops at other local spots like Matthews/Winters Open Space Park and downtown Morrison, making it a great choice for residents exploring the area.
The second option, Discover Denver Tours’ Red Rocks shuttle, offers a two-hour round trip from Union Station to Red Rocks. This paid service is designed for tourists or couples looking for a quick, convenient visit before heading back to the city.
Both shuttles currently operate only during daytime hours. For those attending evening concerts or events at Red Rocks without a car, additional transportation like rideshares will still be necessary.
These new shuttle services not only reduce the need for driving and parking hassles but also support sustainable travel options for District 10 residents and visitors. Chris Hinds is committed to expanding transportation choices that connect people to Denver’s cultural and natural attractions.
