Apply Now to Host Your Neighborhood Gathering!
Residents are encouraged to host their own gatherings, with applications now open for block parties and park picnics. Space is limited to 50 block parties, so early applications are strongly encouraged. To make participation more accessible, Denver Human Rights & Community Partnerships (HRCP), in partnership with the city, will waive park permit fees and cover the cost of barricades for approved events.
The celebration will conclude with a large citywide event, highlighting Denver’s role in commemorating the nation’s 250th anniversary and Colorado’s 150th anniversary. The closing celebration will also include a major back-to-school event to support local families and students.
Whether you’re attending or hosting, Denver Days offers a unique opportunity to connect with your community and celebrate the spirit of Denver.
